How can I get a quotation? How can I contact you for more information?

Where is the showroom located?

We have showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

When is the showroom open?

Dubai Showroom – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays and from 11 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. For open hours during holidays, please visit our Google page. Click HERE

What is the price of the doors/ windows/ insect screens/ smart film?

All our products are made bespoke, based on your requirements and dimensions. Please visit our showrooms to discuss your requirements with our team of experts.

Where are the doors and windows made? Do you manufacture the doors as well as supply them?

We have a wide range of products available for you to select from. Most of our doors and windows are manufactured in the UK by Origin. We also have a fabrication facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where we manufacture Fusion doors and windows, and Freedom insect screens.

Do you install the doors and windows?

Yes, we do.

What kind of material is used on your doors and windows?

All our doors and windows are made from high grade aluminium that is insulated by a polyamide thermal break and weatherproofed with Q-lon or rubber gaskets.

Do you stock standard size doors and windows?

No, each door or window is made specific to your dimensions and unique style.

Do you supply and install interior doors for the bedrooms and bathrooms? Do you offer uPVC doors?

No. Currently, we do not offer uPVC or interior timber doors, but we do offer Crittal-style glass doors.

Do you supply and install pergolas?

Yes. Oryx Doors and Windows is the authorised distributor and installer of Renson pergolas across the Middle East and Africa.

Do you supply and install steel doors?

No. Currently, we do not offer steel doors, but we recommend that you visit Allegion to see the options available.

Do you supply and install timber/wooden residential front doors?

No. Our front doors are made of aluminium, which offers strength and durability without all the maintenance needs of real timber. If you like the look of a wooden/timber door, we recommend going for an aluminium door with a wood-grain finish. Click HERE to design your own front door.

Do you repair doors and windows? Do you sell spare parts?

We can offer repairs and spare parts for the doors and windows that we installed. Our products are guaranteed for up to 10 years so if you are facing any issues with your installation, please contact us immediately at info@oryxdoors.com or +97143419447

Do you offer your products outside of the UAE?

Yes, our company serves customers in the Middle East and Africa.

Do you offer guarantees on your doors and windows?

Our doors and windows come installed with a lifetime ownership warranty in residential properties.

Can I have one colour on the inside of the doors and another colour on the outside?

Yes, the dual-colour option is available for our doors and windows.

What colours do you offer for the doors and windows?

There are over 150 RAL colours and finishes available to choose from.

What sort of customers do you work with?

We are happy to help everyone from homeowners and businesses to contractors, developers, architects, and designers.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments in cash (up to a limit), by cheque, card machine and bank transfer. In case you want to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please email accounts@oryxdoors.com to request our banking details.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to the delivery times mentioned in your order confirmation, but in the meantime, here are our standard delivery times for orders to be installed in the UAE (not including the installation time):

Origin doors and windows – approx. 9-12 weeks
Fusion doors and windows – approx. 10-12 weeks
Inotherm front entrance doors – approx. 12-14 weeks
Freedom insect screens – approx. 4-6 weeks
Switchable smart film – approx. 2-3 weeks
