This Los Angeles-based franchise wanted to make its mark on the Dubai culinary scene and chose the prestigious Citywalk for the first branch.
The Carving Board set out to give their customers the highest quality ingredients in everything they do, and this extended to their Dubai restaurant frontage. Two sets of folding sliding doors, and one set of French doors with side fixed panels with aluminium louvres in a wood grain finish matched the overall theme of the entire dining area.

The signage backing was a large, insulated aluminium panel in a woodgrain finish and small details like ladder configuration fixed panels on the doors add the final touches to bring the outside in for The Carving Board.

This is the 4th food and beverage project Oryx Doors has completed at Citywalk but the first one where the team manufactured and installed the entire shop front for the restaurant. The team’s expertise and knowledge of the location allowed the project to be installed and handed over in under 6 weeks, well ahead of the developer’s final inspection.
