Waterfront Luxury with Oryx Doors in Yas Acres, Abu Dhabi
This was Oryx’s first project in Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Yas Acres community, and so we were delighted to introduce the locals to our high-performance door and window solutions, delivered with exceptional customer service.
The client’s vision was a home designed for effortless flow, from a welcoming arrival to seamless indoor-outdoor living. We achieved this goal by creating an inviting main entryway with an Inotherm door and expansive, view-oriented living spaces on the ground and 1st floors using a combination of Fusion sliding doors and Origin folding doors.
A Warm Welcome with Inotherm
By selecting an Inotherm Front Door in the model AGE 1030, adorned with two sidelights, the property owners effectively show that guests are truly welcomed. With its cosy Rustic Oak (HD 223) panel and grey exterior framing, coupled with a White Oak (HD 221) interior, the door presents a sturdy, inviting, homey appearance.
Effortless Flow - Fusion & Origin Doors
As you venture deeper into the residence, the expansive Fusion Series 2 sliding doors draw the natural light inwards, illuminating the kitchen and main living areas. Their slim profiles almost disappear when one gazes out towards the stunning outdoor pool and golf course beyond. In another part of the villa, a striking white three-panel Origin folding door was used to connect the landing area and, by extension, both floors of the villa to the mezzanine-level terrace. When opened, the panels stack neatly to the side, creating the effortless flow the customer requires.

This project resulted in a home where every transition from the outdoors to the indoors is perfectly suited to its purpose. From the striking main entrance that sets a welcoming tone, to the expansive sliding doors that connect the family to the outdoors, and the practical folding doors that create a continuous flow to the roof terrace, the villa is a testament to tailored architectural design.
