The Oryx team installed the first Origin Residential Door at a family villa in the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Arabian Ranches, Dubai.

The client had previously commissioned Origin’s folding doors throughout the villa to make the most of the stunning outside views of the property, which is nestled inside the surrounding golf course. They were so impressed with the quality and service they received, that they had no hesitation in ordering a bespoke Origin residential door, to help reduce the amount of dust that was entering the property through the front hallway.

Oryx worked with the client to explain the many available options on offer, and to create a solution that best suited their needs. In fitting with the property, the homeowner opted for a sleek and contemporary 2-panel design, with a traditional oak, wood grain finish and Hafi straight bar handles.
The door was manufactured exactly to the customer’s specifications at Origin’s state-of-the-art facility in the UK and then installed in under a day – for minimum disruption to the customer – by our specialist installation team.

The client was once again delighted with the finished result, which looks superb and requires little to no maintenance. They were also happy to see that as well as keeping out dust, the door also keeps out the heat out, helping to keep the property feeling cool.
